The site comprises a substantial three storey office building constructed in the late 1960s/early 1970s, used formerly as a Royal Navy Reserve training centre. A 9 to 5 reception service can sign in your guests and inform you of their arrival, send/collect/track/sign your post and help you in any way they can with a wealth of information. Meeting rooms are available to book at a rate of £10 per hour. The offices are also cleaned daily with rubbish removal and cardboard recycling. The premises is equipped with an access card security system and 24/7 CCTV.

Each suite is let on short term licenses whereby the occupier pays a monthly inclusive

rent to include business rates, heating, water charges, electricity and building

maintenance. In addition, the management company offer other services, for example,

post, telephone, photocopying, and use of conference facilities etc. which are charged

separately.

The property is conveniently accessed off the A259 south coast road (Kingsway) via wharf Road, which leads to Basin Road North.
