The premises are steel frame constructed with full height profile sheet cladding to the walls and roof. The roof is pitched and incorporates translucent light panels. The units are currently accessed via a single access shutter which leads into a loading area / store before entering the main workshop area.

A suspended ceiling is installed throughout which could be removed if an occupier required more height. Light fittings are a mixture of fluorescent tube and LED. Externally there will be some allocated yard area. There is potential to split the premises to create two smaller units.

The premises are located on Saltsground Road in Brough with easy access to the A63 which provides links to Hull and Humber Bridge to the east and M62 wider motorway network to the west.
