The premises are only available for use within the daytime and comprise accommodation at ground floor to include the use of the main hall, conservatory, dining room, meeting room, kitchen and WC's. There is also the use of store rooms 3 & 4 by the occupier. The premises would need to be cleared each evening, ready for use by other users.

Terms

A new long-term occupational agreement to hire the space between the hours of 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Brighton is approximately 18 miles to the south and Horsham approximately 13 miles to the north-west.
