CT1 Wincheap Industrial Estate, Maynard Road, Canterbury

The estate comprises a range of industrial/warehouse buildings, many of which are now used as retail warehouses and tradecounter units.

The city is easily accessible by car being located on the popular A2/A28 intersection. These arterial routes provide access to the city from the east and also from the two closest motorway junctions, being junction 7 of the M2 (6 miles north) and junction 9 of the M20 (11 miles south west). The A2 and M20 both provide access to the M25 motorway orbital.
