Description

Freehold Available - 6.61 acres in Hadleigh, Suffolk. Planning achieved for a Business Park.

The site which measures approximately 6.61acre (2.68 ha) and is broadly rectangle in shape, generally getting wider the further south you go. The whole site is laid to grass/ agricultural land.

The southern part of the site is higher in topography than the north and we understand there are no TPO's that would impact the site.

The site is accessed via tarmacked driveway, which is shared with the Bowling Club and then through a wooden gate. Within the planning permission there is to be a new access to the west of the current access. It is noted that there is access required over land owned by Supreme Petfoods Limited and the landowner has shared with us the deed of easement which confirms access is granted.

The site comprises a total of 6.61acre (2.68 ha) of which the northern part has achieved full planning consent on 11th October 2022 (REF:DC/18/02327) to form a business park

incorporating a mix of B1, B2 and B8 commercial and industrial units. The link to the planning portal is here The remaining land to the south was not subject to the original planning application and remains as agricultural land.
