Included within the rent is the use, up to 8 hours, of meeting rooms depending on availability. There are three varied size meeting rooms at the Business Centre.

The licence is for a minimum term of 6 months with a 6 month notice period. The licence fee is £900 +VAT per month.

Active Business Centre is based at the historic 19th Century Grade II* listed St Andrews Castle which is a short distance from the town centre. The castle stands in its own grounds and is close to the local bus and train stations and other town centre shops and amenities.
