Access to the land is available via two entrances from Main Street, serving Parcels 2537 and 2664 respectively, together with an additional access from Spridlington Road leading into Parcel 2095. Parcel 5080 is accessed through the south east boundary corner of parcel 2664.
The western boundary ditch to Parcel 2537 will be retained and maintained by the adjoining retained estate.

The A46 is 1.35 miles as the crow flies from the farm, where there is a road junction south-west to Lincoln and north-east to Market Rasen. The villages of Welton and Faldingworth are to the west and east respectively.
