The premises comprises two units joined. One is of steel portal frame construction with sheet steel cladding and the other of timber frame over clad in a similar material. The eaves heights are approximately 2.9m with a height to the ridge of approximately 4m. Each unit has a WC and the benefit of a good sized car park to the front.

1. Offers are invited from organisations that have 5 or more years experience running a martial arts club.

2. Hours of use are restricted to between 9am and 9pm.

3. Applicants will be required to submit a business plan documenting social output, governance arrangements, evidence of

adherence to equality and safeguarding regulations, a health & safety policy, insurance information, financial accounts for

the last 3 years and experience of property management issues.

4. Applications must be submitted to Harrisons by the closing date of Friday 27th November at 5pm.
