The Buttermarket was recently acquired by Newark & Sherwood District Council and has benefitted from extensive refurbishment which has attracted occupiers such as Specsavers, Tambo Lounge (Loungers) and Iguazu.
Newark & Sherwood District Council continue to invest significantly into the scheme by fully refurbishing both the atrium and the former public house to provide an attractive and flexible space suitable for a variety of exciting potential uses.
Access to the first floor will be provided by both a new focal staircase and DDA compliant passenger lift. The former public house will also be accessed via Chain Lane.
