2011: work to start on Building 6 of 220,000 sqft and finish 2013. Then only space for Building 7 of 315,000 sq ft. March 2011: bought by Blackstone for £480m from Chiswick Park Unit Trust managed by Aberdeen & Schroders. Blackstone sold to China Investment Corporation for £780m in Jan 2014, excluding the 334,000 sq ft Building 7.
