Richard Meier, one of the worlds leading architects, was instructed to masterplan the site. Then, underscoring our commitment, we invested millions of pounds in advance infrastructure, including hard and soft landscaping, to help potential occupiers envisage what was being created. In 1995 when the first occupiers began to move in, we maintained our commitment to quality by commissioning award-winning architects to create bespoke and iconic buildings. To ensure continuing quality, we put in place strict guidelines on future development for the Park - with Miller personnel looking after everything from legals and letting to ongoing marketing and management. Edinburgh Park is home to the national and regional headquarters of a host of top international businesses, including Aegon, BT, Fujitsu, HQ Global Workplaces, HSBC, IF, Menzies, JP Morgan, Oracle, Scottish Equitable, Telewest, Xansa, BAe and The Miller Group. With the potential to accommodate up to 3.4m sq ft of high quality office accommodation, the future of Edinburgh Park is as bright as its past.

Located on the western outskirts of Edinburgh, 6 miles from the city centre and 1 mile south east of Edinburgh Airport, with its own railway station, 2 tram stops due in 2011, and very close to the M8

Millers joint venture partner in Edinburgh Park is CEC Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of the City of Edinburgh Council.
