The East Midlands Distribution Centre has been carefully masterplanned to accommodate high bay distribution buildings that range from 75,000 sq.ft to 1.1m sq.ft - in a single unit. They will all be tailored to match the clients exact requirement. The 1.1m sq.ft plot has a direct rail connection for private sidings, allowing utilisation of conventional wagons.
