Fallside Industrial Estate lies to the east side of Fallside Road in a strategic location close to the M74 motorway, between Bothwell and Bellshill. Access to the M74 motorway is less than a mile away at Junction 5 (Raith Interchange) from where the A725 runs northwards to link up with the A8(M8). Motorway communications will be improved even further on completion of the M74 Northern Extension in 2011.
