USE: A1 - Part open A1, part bulky goods. The park was developed in 1997 and comprises 12 retail and 3 restaurant units. Hammerson acquired Fife Central Retail Park in April 2005, and in 2009 extended it by 118,000 sq ft. The scheme also includes 1,200 car parking spaces. Occupiers include Sainsburys, Next, Homebase, Currys, Comet and Boots. Hammerson has begun construction of a 13,000m² extension to the park, which is to be anchored by B&Q with other tenants including Argos, PC World and Toys R Us. The extension will be completed in June 2009 and is 90% pre-let.
