Forge Trade Park
Located to the east side of Fielden Street, close to its junction with the Gallowgate (A89), 2 miles east of Glasgow city centre. There is convenient access to the M8 and M73 / M74 which links with Edinburgh and other major towns to the east and to the Kingston Bridge and Glasgow Airport to the west. Forge Trade Park is in close proximity to the Forge Retail Park which lies directly across the A89 Gallowgate from the subjects. The Forge Shopping Mall and cinema complex are also in close proximity. The trade park lies within an area of mixed uses, including retail, new housing and planned sporting facilities for the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in 2014. Junction 7 of the proposed East End Regeneration Route (linking the M74 & M8) also lies in close proximity to the subjects.
