Freeland Park (developed in 2010) is situated on Wareham Road in Lytchett Matravers just north of its junction with the High Street and Huntick Road. The entrance to the development is immediately to the north of Abbott’s Meadow on the eastern edge of the village.Lytchett Matravers is accessed either from the A35 to the south between Poole and Bere Regis or A350 to the north between Poole and Blandford. Poole Town Centre is located approximately 6.5 miles from the development.
