Quadrant Estates in conjunction with Cargill Financial Markets purchased the business and research park in November 2001 from Aventis. The 23 acre site provided approximately 135,000sq ft of laboratory, office and workshop accommodation. Upon purchase Quadrant Estates carried out a programme of comprehensive refurbishment and improvement. This resulted in lettings to a variety of tenants, following which the investment was sold in April 2004.Tenants / Occupiers: Bayer, Battelle, Scynexis and Argenta Discovery.
