A 240 acre strategic warehousing and distribution park immediately adjacent to the A1 (M) at Peterborough. The site has planning consent and will total in the order of 5,000,000 sq ft of development. Gateway Park is a level, greenfield site capable of accommodating buildings in excess of 1,000,000 sq ft. This site is capable of development for a range of higher value uses, subject to planning consent. The infrastructure will commence in August 2011.
