When ProLogis started developing Grange Park, Northampton, in 2001, the site had poor access to the motorway and little else in its favour. Today, the 500 acre site is a thriving community, with thousands of private houses, together with shops and restaurants, industrial and business units, all set in a large Countryside Park. Occupiers include Asda, Christian Salvesen, NYK, MFI and the 3LPs New Wave Logistics and Europa.
