The Pavilions are built using eco-building techniques, aspiring to meet BREEAMSs rigorous rating criteria. Each Pavilion is constructed from steel, with concrete floors and roof slabs. Located close to the A5 and M54, within a 4000 acre rural estate. The buildings are clad in oak boarding, with glazed curtain walling. The windows are double glazed with fire resistant glass and powder coated aluminium frames.
