Located immediately alongside the A17 in the South of Lincolnshire. The project was a joint venture between Lincolnshire County Council and the University of Lincoln and, together with a range of business units, it also houses the University’s internationally-regarded centre for food sector technology and training. The town of Holbeach is a major gateway to the South of Lincolnshire and is home to a variety of businesses, including several international food companies.
