Phase 1 will be developed on a speculative basis. This will cover 160,000 sq ft in three stand-alone buildings of 36,000 sq ft, 53,000 sq ft and 69,000 sq ft, all with secure yards. Phase 2 is available on a design and build basis and is able to accommodate units of 35,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft. All of the units will be highly sustainable and constructed to a BREEAM ‘excellent’ standard.

This site provides excellent access to the motorway network and is only 7 miles from central London: one of the key factors international and national companies such as John Lewis, Diageo, McVitie’s, Carphone Warehouse and DHL have chosen to locate here.
