Infinity Park Derby will open in 2014 with the Innovation Hub and when developed out, is expected to provide 1.5 million sq ft of mixed commercial development including offices, industrial and ancillary leisure and retail facilities.

Derby as the UKs most central city, is at the heart of the road and rail networks, just 90 minutes from London, 10 miles from East Midlands Airport and with a direct link to the A50. Located adjacent to the world headquarters of Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace and close to OEMs such as Toyota, Bombardier and JCB, Infinity Park Derby offers access to global business markets both physically and digitally.

The park will be zoned to provide for commercial, distribution, leisure and industrial uses within a 21st century quality design and setting with consultancy services on hand to provide help and advice.

As part of a £40 million Regional Growth Fund allocation given to Derby, the Infinity Park Derby project will bring a manufacturing focused innovation & technology park to Derby, located alongside the global HQ of Rolls-Royce with a direct link to the A50.
