Shopping is arranged on the ground floor linking Bartholomew Street, Cheap Street and Market Street. The Centre was opened in the early 1970s, with further phases added in 1984, 1986 and 1989. In 2003 entrances were remodelled and at the Bartholomew entrance a new large retail unit was added. The Centre is anchored by Debenhams, Peacocks, TK Maxx and New Look. A further 43 tenants including AllSports, Body Shop, Adams and F Hinds provide a strong destination for shoppers in the West Berkshire catchment area.
