Over the past 21 years Liberty Property Trust UK has transformed the former West Malling airfield into one of the largest and most successful mixed-use developments in Europe.More than £500 million has been invested to date creating a work place for 5,000 people and homes for 6,000 residents. Once fully developed, Kings Hill will provide jobs for an estimated 12,000 employees in 2M sq ft and 2,750 homes for an estimated 10,000 people on 800 acres of land.
