Kingswood Lakeside is a premium, mixed use site extending to approximately 108 acres (gross ) . Located adjacent tothe A5Watling Street and Junction T7 of the M6 Toll motorway, it is about a mile south of Cannock town centre and within 3 miles of the M6 Junctions 11 and 12. Phase 1 extends to 63 acres and is under development that includes three distribution centres and an office scheme. Phase 2 will eventually extend to a further 45 acres and development will include industrial, commercial and hotel uses.
