Kites Croft has been developed for the next generation of the warehouse/industrial occupiers. The buildings are situated in a business park environment surrounded and enclosed by mature woodland. Four speculative buildings totalling 135,000 sq ft and a bespoke building totalling 200,000 sq ft have been built to date with only two remaining.
