LE3 has been designed to optimise the assets of the site in terms of access, parking and overall aesthetic feel. Each block has been designed to allow the individual office units of 1,715 sq.ft. and 2,237 sq.ft. to be combined to create office buildings up to 7,904 sq. ft. Design and build options may be possible up to 30,000 sq. ft.

LE3 is located on Ratby Lane, Leicester, adjacent to junction 21a of the M1 which in turn leads to the A46, M69 and M6 providing easy access to north and south Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham along with Coventry and Birmingham in the West Midlands.
