The Estate comprises units of mixed age and quality arranged around a central estate road. The modern units are of steel frame contruction with elevations of part brick and part profiled metal cladding extending over pitched roofs. In addition there are some older buildings and open yards. Littleborough Industrial Estate is situated in a prominent position on the A58 to the west of the centre of Littleborough. Rochdale is approx 5 miles to the west and the town is situated equidistant from junctions 21 and 22 of the M62 motorway.
