Martineau Galleries is a £600 million development project of the Birmingham Alliance, a joint venture partnership between Birmingham City Council, Hammerson plc, Land Securities Group plc and Pearl Group Limited. The site lies between Corporation Street, Masshouse, High Street, Moor Street Queensway and Priory Queensway. It takes in the former Toys R Us store and the Priory Square Shopping Centre.
