Maxis is a new eight acre office campus development by Terrace Hill, standing on a prominent location overlooking Farleymoor Lake in Bracknell. The development provides a landscaped environment, offering open areas and tennis courts.
The site is well located with close links to the M3, M4 and M25.
Purchased in May 2007. Planning consent granted in September 2007. Started on site in November 2007. Practical completion achieved in May 2009.
