This 130,000 sq ft flagship scheme opened in 2006 totals 43 units on two mall levels and three trading levels. The scheme is situated close to prime retail pitches and the popular Cavern Quarter in Liverpool, also complementing Grosvenor’s Liverpool One development but providing Liverpool with a branded and “higher-end” retail venue that the city lacked. Tenants include multi-brand Flannels, Armani’s first Exchange store, Hugo Boss, Hobbs, Coast, Whistles, Vidal Sassoon, Gieves and Hawkes, Molton Brown, Firetrap, Diesel and an award winning fitout store for Kurt Geiger, and DKNY.
