The Park is on Stockton Close, with the A38 running along the southern boundary providing dual carriageway access to Junctions 5 and 6 of the M6 motorway approximately 2 and 4 miles respectively to the south west, and to Junction T3 of the M6 toll approximately two and a half miles to the north. The A4097 provides direct access to Junction 9 of the M42 and T1 of M6 Toll, which is two and a half miles to the east of the park. It adjoins the 142,500 sq ft trade park. Business Park units range from 7,400 sq ft to 18.800 sq ft in size. Adjoining units can be combined. The Park will be comprehensively refurbished in 2010
