Situated at the junction of Heyford Close and Dutton Road which is the main spine road through Aldermans Green Industrial Estate approximately 4 miles to the north east of Coventry City Centre and approximately 2.5 miles by road to Junction 3 of the M6 motorway. Dutton Road links with Eburn Road and then the B4109, which in turn connects with the A444 Phoenix Way north south corridor through Coventry.
