Tenants include Currys, Borders, Outfit, Evans, Boots, Mothercare, Sports World, Next, New Look, Argos, JJB Sports, Instore, Homebase, Pizza Hut and McDonalds + Newbury Retail Park was created by utilising a dormant retail planning consent. Helical Retail realised Newbury Rugby Clubs aspirations of moving to a new custom built ground by generating sufficient finance for the relocation of the club. On their former ground Helical Retail created the only purpose built retail park for Newbury. The refurbishment of a former Texas store provided space for Lidl and Petsmart.
