The Newlands Shopping Centre is Kettering’s principal shopping destination comprising 53 retail units totalling some 200,000 sq.ft. of accommodation. The scheme is anchored by TJ Hughes, Boots and TK Maxx whilst WH Smith, HMV, Body Shop, Vision Express, Toni & Guy, Early Learning Centre and Dorothy Perkins are also represented. The scheme benefits from an average monthly footfall of circa 500,000 persons and adjoins both the town’s principal bus station and a 480 space multi-storey car park.
