The site is at the southern end of Chinnor and is now accessed from a new junction and roundabout, where Hill Road and Golden Hills meet, Station Road is to the north. The buildings can be built out as offices, light industrial or Hi-tech depending on specification and costs.
Chinnor is situated at the foot of the Chiltern escarpment at the intersection of the B4009 and B4445, yet only three miles from Junction 6 of the M40.
