Each unit has the benefit of a roller shutter door. The estate is securely fenced with lockable gates. Parkside Industrial Estate is located off Edge Lane Street in an established commercial/industrial area, situated off Shaw Road between Royton and Shaw. Access to the estate is gained via Shaw Road (A66) that in turn provides access to the A627(M) and in turn a motorway link to the M62.
