Parliament Street offers an excellent link to the fashion and cosmetic offers in James Street, as well as the surrounding independent tenants within Montpellier Quarter. Phase one of the development includes the letting to Wagamama in 13-15 Parliament Street who will commence trading in Spring 2008.
