The Pavilions is situated in the heart of Birmingham City Centre and in 2008 underwent a significant refurbishment programme giving in excess of 270,000 sq ft of retail accommodation being accessed from either the High Street or into the Mall through HMV, Virgin Megastore or Marks & Spencer. In addition, there is a second entrance into the scheme from Moor Street which provides access to the City Centre from Moor Street Station and the Citys principal bus interchange.
