Woolwich town centre is about to be transformed with the development of the ‘Woolwich Triangle’. New shops, new homes, restaurants, cafes and a hotel are just part of the proposals for the regeneration of this area. This new development will provide a natural extension to the existing town centre, incorporating new public spaces and residential accommodation provided by Wilson Bowden City Homes. A c.100 bedroom hotel and a multi storey car park have been incorporated in to the design, in addition c. 300,000 sq ft of retail space intended for a mixture of small and medium sized operators.
