Frenbury acquired the last 14.6 acres in Peterborough’s premier Business Park in 2002. A 2 acre site was developed for 12 small office units which were sold for £2.3m.Development of a 3 storey office unit of 22,953 sq ft net on the corner site overlooking the East of England Showground was completed at the end of August. The building was pre-let to AB Agri Ltd for a period of 15 years. Value £4.85m.Frenbury also has detailed planning permission for two further buildings on the site of 8,050 sq. ft. net each.
