Phoenix Retail Park is located 5 km to the west of Paisley, 13 km west of Glasgow city centre and 5 km from Glasgow Airport in an accessible, highly visible and prominent position immediately adjacent to the A761 Linwood Road, which provides direct access to Paisley’s town centre to the east and connects to the A737 immediately to the north. The A737 also connects directly to junction 29 of the M8 a short distance to the north.
