Quest Park is strategically located on Moss HallRoad, within ½ mile of Junction 2 or 3 of the M66motorway. Phase 1, which is now under construction, comprises a substantial refurbishment of approximately 60,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation, to form smaller warehouse units of 2,700 sq ft up to 20,000 sq ft.The units will be available for occupation by July 2008.
