Located just south east of Aberdeen Airport by 500 metres, south of Dyce Drive and north of the A96 dual carriageway.
The first phase of development of 300,000 sq ft net will start in June 2013 and the first part of this will be ready for full occupation by August 2014. Besides the offices, the site is hoping to attract a 4-star hotel on either a lease or management contract basis.
