This £210m mixed-use scheme will produce 415,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space to complement the city’s existing strengths. The new retail quarter will include a department store and over 50 new units for established high street names and local independent retailers. It will also feature a new seven-screen cinema, a hotel, 200 residential units, cafés, bars and restaurants, and new infrastructure. The project will regenerate 12 acres of brownfield land and act as a catalyst for regional growth.
