Completed in Autumn 2013, the £7million complex in Huntingdon Street, will be named the Rowley Arts Centre in recognition of St Neots landowner, Peter Rowley’s generous contribution towards the development. The complex will include an 18,600 sq ft six-screen Cineworld cinema, live performance space, four restaurants – Pizza Express, Frankie & Benny’s, Prezzo and one other to be confirmed – a public plaza and parking area.
