South east of Mansfield, to the north of Rainworth, accessed off the A617.
A planning application has been submitted covering a 66 acre parcel of the site for B1 - 5,040 sq m (54,250 sq ft), B2 - 42,750 sq m (460,125 sq ft), B8 - 35245 sq m (379,371 sq ft). Total - 83,035 sq m (893,746 sq ft). Harworth Estates is currently awaiting the outcome of the application. There is support in the Arup Regional Employment Study for re-use of site.
