A 100,000 sq ft Tesco Extra Superstore to anchor a 28 acre £75 million, mixed-use regeneration scheme. Working closely with both Tesco and South Lanarkshire Council, Vico undertook a detailed community consultation programme (including distribution of newsletters to 10,000 local households and businesses) and subsequently secured a detailed consent for 120 residential apartments, 100,000 sq ft of retail and a 150,000 sq ft of business space.In close proximity to the M74 extension and the venue for the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
