Sealand Industrial Estate is a well established industrial area in Chester. The Estate is 1 mile to the south west of Chester City centre with access from A540, one of the main arterial routes into the city. In recent years the area has been the focus for non-food retail development and is close to the Greyhound Retail Park, as well as a number of individual retail units including a B&Q superstore.
